Commercial Break

I can relate

I know everybody is busy with work, but for goodnesss sake, I am completely overwhelmed! There are so many ad-hoc work given to me lately, I swear I got pending work oozing out of my ears and nose. Yes, yes, I have to prioritise, and things are indeed still under my control. But, I seriously need a breather, and so, right now, I am digging a little, dark hole in my mind and for a good ten minutes, take refuge in the blogworld.

As an update :

1) My back is killing me!!! Since April!!! I went to the doc and he said that I had a minor slip disk. He also said not to worry as these things recover naturally. But in the meantime I am fed with painkillers, which seriously are so strong that my fingertips sometimes feel numb. Khaylis asked what I am going to do with sex. I said, forget sex, give me the painkillers!!!

2) I am really digging PCD's new video "Buttons". I think I stop breathing everytime I watch that video.

3) World Cup is coming!!! (Atleast something is.)

4) Okay, back to work!

PS : Finding Paradise Part II will be posted up soon. So no worries k?

Go for acupuncture and Chinese massage. I have a bad back as well you know this and there’s this good place in Subang. Ask me for details. They are all qualified doctors. After only 2 visit I was better. I know 3 other people who go there as well and were all doing well with our back problems. Whilst pain killers are good for temporary relieve you shouldn’t take too much as it can lead to kidney problems. So try alternative stuff. When I was doing my massage next ot me was a girl who couldnt walk and now she can. Email me for the address if youre game. Cheeriossss

Nice to hear from you again my friend. It turns out I have a bit of time before the game starts, so here are your questions:

1. Is it possible to love two girls at the same time?

2. In the late 90s, it used to be that if your neighbourhood dry-cleaner had a website, you laughed at him for being pretentious. But now, you would laugh at him if he didn't have a website. Similarly, in 2006 I think personal blogs are something of a novelty for many people, but by 2010 everyone will have a blog. And they won't be anonymous, they'll have their names on it. First of all, do you like this vision of the future, and would you be prepared for it?

3. What percentage of people working in consulting firms know what they're doing, and what percentage are just making it up as they go along?

4. Do you have an exercise regimen, and if so, what kind of exercise do you do?

5. If you could borrow money without interest, which part of KL would you choose to buy an apartment in?

hey, where is your office? i remember you said around mandarin oriental? just to let you know, i have been going for physiotherapy at SJCM. the treatment is working, but what i don't understand why my feet still hurts since the doc said my back is the problem. he did say that something is hitting on a nerve connecting to my feet, so i do hope that the treatment can fix this asap.

anon :

thanks for the recommendation. but as i have informed tgb, i am going to treatment for my back. i have three more sessions to go, and in the meantime, i do feel some improvements.

acupuncture sounds damn eerie lah. all them needles sure make me pengsan mah. hahaha. but we will see.

ps. will probably go Down Under in November. wanna join?

hahahah you got one wild imagination man. it's nothing like that. the treatment is quite relaxing actually. most of the time, you just lie on your back while these devices treat your spine via vibrations and some pulling. i sleep most of the time. it's that comfortable. :)
